to the Moon and Back

She's taking time making up the reasons
To justify all the hurt inside
Guess she knows from the smiles and the look in their eyes
Everyone's got a theory about the bitter one
They're saying, "Mama never loved her much"
And, "Daddy never keeps in touch
That's why she shies away from human affection"

Hi!
Today I decided I'd do this thing where mixed in with my posts, I'll be having song lyrics. So there.
Er, today we cleaned out our basement and stuff. No fun.
I met an adorable little kitten named Leo yesterday. He fell right in love with me, silly thing. It's pretty cool cause it was a boy kitten, and he was a tortie. If he can surprise the world once more with being fertile, then he'll be worth a lot of money.
Or little Leo could simply turn out to be a girl, then she'd be Lea.

"Everyone's got a theory about the bitter one
They're saying, "Mama never loved her much"
And, "Daddy never keeps in touch
That's why she shies away from human affection"
But somewhere in a private place
She packs her bags for outer space
And now she's waiting for the right kind of pilot to come"

Drinking: Water
Eating: Nothing
Listening to: You Found Me and Over My Head, the Fray
Mood: Meh
Wearing: Brown capris and a blue shirt

"And she'll say to him
She's sayin
I would fly to the moon and back if you be...
If you be my baby
I've got a ticket for a world where we, we belong
So would you be my baby?"

I wonder why some people don't like reading. Seriously, what's not to like? I don't mean the people who don't like reading certain kinds of things, or the people who are disabled and can't read. I'm talking about the people that completely hate reading. Or they just don't read. I've had a couple friends like that. One time I was talking to my friend about some books I read recently and asked them what book they're reading, and they were like, "I don't read books." I literally gave them this face: ಠ_ಠ Yeah. I don't talk to them much anymore. Call it cruel, but the only thing we would have to talk about would be music. And from what I can remember, they didn't like the bands I couldn't live without.

"She can't remember a time when she felt needed
If love was red then she was color blind
All her friends, well they've been trialed for treason
And crimes that were never defined
She's saying, 'Love is like a barren place,
And reaching out for human faith
It's like a journey I just don't have a map for'"

I don't have much more to muse or say, so I guess I won't be able to finish the song, will I? That's lame. I should find something to talk about. Or make my paragraphs smaller and the song longer. That might work.

"So baby's gonna take a dive and
Push the shift to overdrive
Send a signal that she's hanging
All her hopes on the stars
What a pleasant dream
She's saying
I would fly to the moon and back if you be...
If you be my baby
I've got a ticket for a world where we,we belong
So would you be my baby?"

Yeah, I'm smart. =]
Ugh. My sister is doing her exercises, and this exercise tape is SOOOO annoying. She does this everyday, and I swear I can recite the tape word for word (not really, just half of it. But I'm getting there).

"Hold on, hold on ...
Mama never loved her much
And, Daddy never keeps in touch
That's why she shies away from human affection
But somewhere in a private place
She packs her bags for outer space
And now she's waiting for the right kind of pilot to come
And she'll say to him
She's saying
I would fly to the moon and back if you be...
If you be my baby
I've got a ticket for a world where we,we belong
So would you be my baby?
I would fly to the moon and back if you be...
If you be my baby
I've got a ticket for a world where we,we belong
So would you be my baby?
yeaaaah"

There! I finished the song. Yeah! Kay, I'mma go away now.
